Your Options

We offer four ways to get your order:

  • CanPar Ground — Canada-WideAll shipped orders go via CanPar Ground by default. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. CanPar does not service the territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) — contact us if you're in a remote area.
  • Local Delivery — Abbotsford & Fraser ValleyWe deliver locally in Abbotsford and the surrounding Fraser Valley. Contact us to arrange delivery. Ideal for larger orders — pallets, bulk totes, and multiple bags where freight would otherwise be costly.
  • Pick-Up — Abbotsford, BCPick up at 278 Montesina Ave., Abbotsford, BC V4X 1A7. Call 1-604-791-2246 or email balkanfarms1@gmail.com to confirm availability and arrange a time.

A Note on Feed Weight

Animal feed is heavy. A single 20 kg bag costs meaningfully more to ship than a typical retail parcel, and bulk formats (pallets, half-pallets, 200 kg totes) are freight shipments that require a separate quote. If your order involves large volumes or pallet quantities, contact us directly before ordering and we'll work out the most cost-effective delivery option.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships. For pick-up orders, we'll contact you when your order is ready.

Transit times are from Canpar's published ground service matrix and apply to sortable parcels shipped from Abbotsford, BC. Heavy or non-sortable shipments (large bags, bulk totes) may take 1–2 additional days. Times are business days after pick-up and are not guaranteed. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at balkanfarms1@gmail.com or call 1-604-791-2246 and we'll sort it out. See our returns policy for details on damaged shipments.
